- 200g Canned tuna
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 Red onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 stalk Celery
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

- 2 (for serving) Cherry tomatoes

The salad with tuna, celery and red onion is very much loved in our family. It is easy and quick to make. The salad can be served on a slice of baguette, adding some fresh vegetables: a tomato, a cucumber, a boiled egg or olives.

Drain the canned tuna by straining the liquid with a strainer. Peel the onions and the garlic. Remove the hard parts of the celery. Slice the onion into thin semi-circles, slice the celery into thin slices, chop the garlic.
