
I love a good spinach salad and this Simple Cranberry Spinach Salad ticks all the boxes for me. The main ingredient is spinach which is one of my favorite vegetables. I think it is an an amazing ingredient because it is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants, and is considered to be very healthy. Cranberries are another superfood – as well as being low in calories, they are loaded with nutrients and they are high in vitamins C, A and K.
If you want to make this recipe vegan, simply omit the Romano cheese. As the name suggests, this recipe couldn’t be easier – you just place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and toss! Then you are ready to start eating!
