Pastelitos de Dulce de Leche

Recipe Description

These Pastelitos de Dulce de Leche are little pastries filled with a creamy caramel filling known as dulce de leche. These bite size morsels are simply to die for and with the dulce de leche oozing out with each mouthful, it will be hard to stop after just one! Baked in the oven, any leaked caramel turns into a toffee-like crust and its so good. Serve as a dessert with ice cream or on a stick, simply for the fun of it!

I prefer the churro waffles instead or even the churro apple pie but this isn't half bad.
