You can whip this apple mug cake in 6 minutes tops. To start off this recipe, whisk together your dry ingredients. Then whisk in the wet ingredients until the batter is smooth. Add a few tablespoons of the prepared batter to each of the two 14-oz microwave-safe mugs. I find those with straight sides work best. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar and add a scoop of the apple pie filling. Alternate layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a little more cinnamon sugar. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes for both mugs together, then let them cool for a few minutes before eating.
