Skinny Apricot Loaf Cake

Recipe Description

I love a good treat and when it’s on the healthier plate, I get even more excited, especially with this Skinny Apricot Loaf Cake.

Using whole-wheat flour, brown sugar and Greek yogurt as substitutes to the usual white flour and white sugar combination used for baking. I love to use delicious fresh apricots when they’re in season for a chewy and sweet touch with grated fresh ginger for some spice!

Simply love this. Made it for my friends and we couldn't get enough. The apricots add a nice chewy taste while keeping it light. Perfection in every slice.
