Cranberry German Cookies

These Cranberry German Cookies are my favorite things to make in winter. They are so easy to make and they taste absolutely delicious. They remind me of my childhood spent sitting in my German grandmother’s kitchen, while she would tell me stories about her childhood, growing up in Germany. Happy memories.

These cookies couldn’t be easier to make. Start by beating sugar and butter together until pale and fluffy. Add potato starch flour and milk powder and mix well. Mix in chopped cranberries and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator to rest. Once chilled, roll the dough into small balls. Use a fork to press the cookie dough down. Bake in the oven. Once cooked, leave to cool before eating.
