These Cranberry German Cookies are my favorite things to make in winter. They are so easy to make and they taste absolutely delicious. They remind me of my childhood spent sitting in my German grandmother’s kitchen, while she would tell me stories about her childhood, growing up in Germany. Happy memories.
These cookies couldn’t be easier to make. Start by beating sugar and butter together until pale and fluffy. Add potato starch flour and milk powder and mix well. Mix in chopped cranberries and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator to rest. Once chilled, roll the dough into small balls. Use a fork to press the cookie dough down. Bake in the oven. Once cooked, leave to cool before eating.
To make Cranberry German Cookies, you will need the following ingredients:

Place 100 grams of butter and 25 grams of powdered sugar in a large bowl. Mix until light and fluffy.
Sift in 100 grams of potato starch, 65 grams of cake flour and 1 tablespoon of milk powder. Аdd 15 g of dried cranberries and mix well until everything is combined. Be careful not to over mix.
Сover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 25 to 30 minutes.
