To make Farmer’s Cheese Cake with Raisins (Zapekanka), you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 375 °F and line an 8x12-inch or 9-inch round baking pan with parchment paper alternatively generously spray it with cooking spray.
In a blender, combine 4 eggs, 20 ounces farmer's cheese, 1 cup sour cream, ½ cup cream of wheat, ½ cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon baking powder and pulse a few times until completely smooth with no lumps.
Fold in 1 cup golden raisins and mix until evenly incorporated.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Leave the cake to cool at room temperature.
Slice and serve warm or cold.
