⅛ tsp Black pepper
1 ½ lbs Chicken Breast boneless, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
For tzatziki sauce:
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
½ Lemon lemon juice
1 tbsp Dill fresh, chopped
½ tsp Garlic grated, plus 1 tsp more for extra garlicky flavor
½ tsp Kosher Salt
Black pepper to taste
1 cup English cucumber shredded or diced

Add chicken


Add in 1 ½ pounds chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes and toss to coat well.


Marinate chicken


Cover and let it marinate for 45 minutes to 3 hours in the refrigerator.


Heat grill or grill pan


Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.


Thread chicken


Meanwhile, thread the chicken onto metal or pre-soaked in water wooden skewers.


Grill chicken


Brush the grates of the grill or grill pan with a little olive oil and cook the chicken skewers until nicely charred for 3-4 minutes per side.


Make tzatziki sauce


In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt, juice of ½ lemon, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, ½ teaspoon grated garlic plus 1 teaspoon more for extra garlicky flavor if you wish, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir in 1 cup shredded or diced English cucumber and refrigerate until ready to serve.
