Feel the love with this Valentine’s Day, loved up, Lemon Tiramisu dessert. Served in individual glasses with layers of vanilla and mascarpone cheese between soft ladyfingers and lemon curd, the flavors complement each other beautifully. Garnish with blueberries and fresh thyme leaves for a touch of finesse and a broadened taste palette.

Steps to make Lemon Tiramisu

Combine mascarpone mixture

In a mixing bowl, stir 1 (8 oz) container mascarpone cheese, ½ cup confectioners’ sugar and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract together until just combined.

Beat cream

Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat 1 cup of whipping cream until soft peaks form.

Combine mascarpone and cream

Combine the whipped cream with mascarpone mixture.

Pipe mixture

Transfer the mascarpone mixture to a zip-top plastic freezer bag and snip 1 corner to make a ½-inch hole or just use a piping bag.

Portion tiramisu

Place 1 ladyfinger half into each glass and add 1½ teaspoons of lemon curd on top, then pipe a small dollop of the mascarpone mixture from the piping bag and repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

Add toppings and chill

Garnish with blueberries and thyme on top. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours to chill.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
