To start, whisk together the yogurt, milk, agave syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Add in the rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine and divide between the serving jars. Cover the jars with lids and transfer to the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, give oats a big stir and add the diced peaches. This recipe serves 2, but you can easily adjust it for more servings.
To make the Peach Overnight Oats, you will need the following ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together ½ a cup plain yogurt, ⅔ a cup almond milk, 2 tablespoons agave syrup, and ½ a teaspoon vanilla extract.
Add in 1 tablespoon chia seeds, ½ a cup gluten-free rolled oats, ½ a teaspoon ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt and stir together to combine.
Divide the mixture evenly between two jars and screw the lids on. Refrigerate the oats at least 3 hours or overnight.
When ready to eat, cut the peach in half and remove the pit. Dice the peach into bite-sized pieces.
Just before serving, remove the lids from jars and give the oats a big stir. Top with the diced peach, and enjoy.
