½ cup Canola oil
2 Large eggs room temperature
1¾ cups Milk 2%
1 cup (about 2 medium) Bananas ripe, mashed

Combine dry ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk 1¾ cups of flour, 2 tablespoon sugar, 3 teaspoon baking powder and ¼ teaspoon salt.

Combine peanut butter and oil

In a separate bowl, whisk ¾ cup of creamy peanut butter and ½ cup canola oil until combined.

Add wet ingredients

Add 2 large eggs and 1¾ cups of milk and whisk to combine.

Combine all ingredients

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.

Add bananas

Fold in 1 cup of mashed bananas.

Bake in a hot waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden.
