Recipe Description

These Pear Breakfast Buns are great for any fall and winter occasion! You can make these sweet fruit-filled buns for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet snack. Filled with juicy pears, warming cinnamon, and crunchy walnuts and finished off with an apricot glaze, these buns make for the perfect holiday breakfast!

To make these melt-in-your-mouth delicious buns, first, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add sugar and yeast. Pour in warmed milk with melted butter and mix to form a dough. Knead the dough until smooth, and then let it rest until doubled in size. Now it’s time to shape the buns. Roll the dough out to a rectangle and spread the dough with softened butter, and sprinkle on sugar, cinnamon, walnuts, and pears. Roll the dough and cut into eight even pieces. Arrange the buns in a baking pan and let rise. Once raised, bake right away. Then just glaze, eat, and enjoy!
