Queen Anne Squares
These Queen Anne Squares are a super impressive looking easy Christmas dessert. Three layers consisting of chocolate and coconut baked layers and a creamy cocoa topping. Your guests will love this one!Â
To make this layered cake, start by making a chocolate layer and a coconut layer. Add the layers to a baking pan. Avoid mixing or moving the layers too much to ensure the dark layer and the light layer stay separated. I tend to spoon the coconut mixture onto the top of the chocolate layer. Then, very gently spread the coconut layer evenly and flat using an offset spatula.
