My kids love pancakes, but they can be so much effort, and my kitchen gets smoky when I make a lot of them. Enter Sheet Pan Pancakes – the solution to my problem! These pancakes are so simple to prepare. Simply bake them in the oven for 15 minutes, and you have brunch to feed a crowd! Amazing!

To make these tasty pancakes, start by combining the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Pour the pancake batter onto a lightly greased baking sheet and spread out evenly. Place the strawberries and blueberries evenly over the batter. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Steps to make Sheet Pan Pancakes

Heat oven and prepare baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 425 °F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine dry ingredients

In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour with 2 tablespoons of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and ½ a teaspoon of salt. Whisk to combine.

Add wet ingredients

Add 2 ½ cups of milk, 2 large eggs and 8 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. Whisk until fully combined.

Transfer to baking sheet
