To make these tasty pancakes, start by combining the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix well. Pour the pancake batter onto a lightly greased baking sheet and spread out evenly. Place the strawberries and blueberries evenly over the batter. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
To make my Sheet Pan Pancakes, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 425 °F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour with 2 tablespoons of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and ½ a teaspoon of salt. Whisk to combine.
Add 2 ½ cups of milk, 2 large eggs and 8 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. Whisk until fully combined.
Pour the pancake batter into the baking sheet and spread out evenly.
Scatter 1 cup of sliced strawberries and 1 cup of blueberries over the batter.
Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown on top.
Slice into eight equal pieces and serve.
