This Simple Fish Dish really is as simple as the name suggests! It’s easy and cheesy and takes just 30 minutes to prepare. When I make this dish, I usually use whatever fish I find in season – it always works whether you use cod or haddock or hake.
Start by mixing bread chunks with melted butter. Make a creamy sauce by mixing cream cheese with flour and milk. Add spring onion and thawed frozen peas. Place the fish in the dish and pour over the sauce. Top with cherry tomato quarters and the bread. Bake in the oven and serve with potatoes or salad for a lighter dish.
