Smoky Cheese & Onion Tart
This Smoky Cheese and Onion Tart is definitely one of my personal favorites and I may have even convinced my daughters too. A short crust pastry filled with a creamy-cheese filling, smokey bacon bits, onion slices and cherry tomatoes, baked in the oven until set.
Perfect for lunch or a light dinner. This tart is not too heavy and satisfies perfectly, paired with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc!

Having this with some cheesy garlic bread on the side and they both go super well together.
Not too happy with the fact that it runs out so quickly!! LOL it's just so damn delicious I need more even after i'm finished.
Really tasty but to save time instead of actual bacon I used bacon bits, tasted pretty much the same.
