If you love cheese, you will adore this Baked Brie in a Sourdough Bread Bowl recipe. This is a simple yet very decadent and impressive dish that your guests will adore. My advice – do not make this for 2 people unless you fancy a challenge!!!

To make this baked cheese, start by cutting off the top part of the bread to create a lid. Carefully cut out a circle the same size as the cheese, taking care not to cut through the base of the bread. Pull the bread from the center of the loaf where the cheese will be placed. Tear the bread into small chunks, place on a baking tray and drizzle the chunks with olive oil. Place the cheese in the hollowed-out bread and sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour white wine over the sugar and top with the chopped rosemary. Bake in the oven and serve with crackers and the toasted bread chunks from the inside of the sourdough boule.
