Recipe Description

This Baked Mashed Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Bread Crumbs is a great side dish for Thanksgiving. Creamy soft mashed potato topped with parmesan and breadcrumbs and baked in the oven. Another great thing about this recipe is that it can be prepared up to 6 hours ahead of time. 

It is so easy to make too. Simply cook and mash 4 pounds of potatoes. Mix with milk, butter, mozzarella and parmesan. Place the mashed potato in a baking dish and top with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake until golden and enjoy with this year’s Thanksgiving dinner.

    Add the milk and melted butter. Stir in the mozzarella cheese and ¾ cup of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
