Cheese Fritters

These deep-fried Cheese Fritters are similar to a traditional Jewish treat, and though I love to get my fill of sufganiyot during Hanukkah, these fried babies are my absolute favorite. Deliciously crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they are quick to prepare and easy to cook. The batter comes together in just 15 minutes, and you will need only a few simple ingredients to whip it up.

These amazing cheese fritters are at their best served straight out of the pan while still hot. You can serve them alongside warmed homemade jelly or jam for dipping or just dusted with confectioners’ sugar. Either way, they are addictively delicious!
