Cook 400 grams of pasta according to the package instructions.
6 minutes before the end of the pasta cooking time, add 250 grams of green beans to the water.
Drain the pasta and beans and reserve a few tablespoons of the pasta water.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan. Add 1 bunch of finely sliced spring onions. Cook for 1-2 minutes until soft.
Add shredded chicken to the spring onions.
Stir in 5 tablespoons of pesto and 3 tablespoons of double cream.
Mix in the cooked pasta and green beans. Add some of the reserved cooking water to loosen.
Season and serve garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
