Mix ½ a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder with 1¼ cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1 pinch of salt in a large bowl.

In a separate large bowl, stir together 1 cup sugar, 1 large egg and a large egg yolk until smooth.

Add butter, vanilla and zucchini

Add ½ a cup of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix until smooth and fold in 2 cups of grated zucchini.

Stir in the dry ingredients
