To make this Easy Creamed Corn, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat an oven to 375 °F and lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish.
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine 6 ounces cream cheese, ¼ cup butter, and 3 cloves minced garlic.
Add ⅓ cup milk and stir until smooth for about 2 minutes.
Add 2 cups corn kernels and stir until well combined for 2 more minutes.
Add in ½ tsp dried thyme, kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Transfer the corn mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake about 15 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese melts.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve right away. Enjoy!
