Made with healthier substitutes such as almond, coconut sugar, coconut oil, low fat Greek yogurt, honey and fresh berries, the ingredients are fresh and preservative free giving you the sweet fix you need without all the extra calories!

Steps to make FroYo Berry Bites

Prepare muffin pan

Line a 6-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners, or use a silicone muffin pan.

Prepare crust layer

In a small mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of crushed almonds, 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Spoon a small portion into the base of 6 muffin cups.

Prepare FroYo mix

In a separate mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup of plain Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey. Portion 2 tablespoons of the mixture over each of the 6 crusts.

Add berries and freeze

Top with a few fresh berries on each FroYo bite. Freeze for about 5 hours to set and firm up.

Serve

Remove from the cupcake liner, thaw for about 8-10 minutes until room temperature then serve and enjoy!
