This No-Bake Frozen Strawberry Yogurt Pie is a quick and easy frozen dessert that goes down a treat on a hot summer day. This is a no-bake pie, but you can bake the crust if you like to make it slightly sturdier.

Start this pie by preparing the graham cracker and pretzel crumbs crust. Transfer the crumb mixture to the springform pan and push down into an even layer. Make the pie filling by adding diced strawberries and sugar to a food processor and blend until smooth. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy before adding powdered sugar and Greek yogurt. Add the strawberry puree and mix until smooth. Add whipped heavy cream and transfer the pie filling to the prepared crust. Place the pie in the freezer and leave overnight. Five minutes before serving, take the pie out of the freezer and leave until slightly softened. Slice and serve!
