I love this super simple Garlic Mayonnaise recipe. In just 5 minutes you can whip up a bowl of aioli-style dip, a rich and garlicky accompaniment to so many dishes. I really like serving garlic mayo with fish and seafood. Soft salmon fishcakes baked until crisp and golden brown. A simple grilled fillet of sea bass, drizzled in olive oil and sea salt. Juicy shrimp, pan-fried until perfectly cooked. All absolutely delicious dipped in a little garlic mayo served on the side. In this recipe, I add some lemon juice and mustard to cut through the strength of the garlic and make it a little zingier.
To make the Garlic Mayonnaise, you will need the following ingredients:
In a small bowl, combine the mayo, salt, and mustard together.
