Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Chicken

Share

This Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Chicken is a delicious creamy filled chicken dish with a spicy kick. I regularly make this jalapeño popper stuffed chicken on our Saturday movie nights. Now that the kids are older, they are open to trying new dishes and this chicken went down a treat with the whole family last time I made it.

I make this chicken in the hasselback style meaning that I make horizontal incisions half an inch apart, taking care not to slice right through the chicken breast. I then stuff these incisions with a cream cheese mixture, bacon and jalapeño peppers. This combination of ingredients makes my jalapeño popper stuffed chicken tasty and delicious!

Loved this popper jalapeno stuffed chicken more than the sweet and spicy one, it had a lot more flavor to it.

If you really want to bring out a blast of flavors in your mouth I'd say squeeze some lemon on the bad boy! You won't regret it.
