Lentil Nuggets are like my fast food! They are really tasty and very versatile too – I can add them as a filling to wraps or sandwiches. I can serve them alongside a green salad if I am being healthy or I can make a batch and use them as snacks or finger food. A less healthy, but still delicious option is to pan fry each nugget in a small drop of oil over medium-high heat until both sides are golden brown polska-ed.com.

Take a tablespoonful of the lentil mixture and form a nugget shape using your hands. Place the nugget on the baking sheet and repeat until all the mixture is used up.
