This Mac and Cheese in a Mug is one of my favorite ways to cook this childhood classic dish. You can use any small pasta for this but I always use my favorite macaroni! Make sure you use the largest microwave safe mug you can find for this recipe as it can bubble up while cooking.
Start by cooking macaroni in a mug of water. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the cooking water and stir in milk, cornstarch and cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute to cook and thicken the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper and enjoy!

Bowtie pasta works for this too if you wanted to make your dish look a little fancy, I'm making this for a huge amount of people so I went with bow and tripled the ingriedents for 4-5 people.
Lets just say there were no leftovers when I served this for dinner.
