Microwave Mug Pizza

Recipe Description

My kids absolutely adore this Microwave Mug Pizza recipe. Quick, easy and safe for kids to make – it is a perfect Saturday night treat! Feel free to go wild with the toppings for this mug pizza. I keep it simple with pepperoni and cheese but you can add chopped onions, olives or mushrooms if you prefer!

Start by mixing the “pizza base” ingredients in the bottom of a mug. Spoon marinara sauce onto the base ingredients and gently spread it out over the surface. Scatter your pizza toppings onto the marinara sauce and microwave until the contents rise and the toppings are bubbling hot. Enjoy!

Microwave recipes aren't usually too tasty. This was good but still had that microwave effect in which it was cold in the middle and warmish everywhere else.
