Steps to make Mini Cheeseburger Pastry Bundles

1

Prepare beef mixture

1

In a mixing bowl, combine 1¼ pound of ground beef with 1 tablespoon of steak sauce, 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper and 4 finely chopped green onions.

2

Shape patties

5

Use your hands to shape the beef mixture into 12 2-inch mini burger patties.

3

Cook patties

10

In a large, 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, working in batches if needed, cook the meat patties for about 10 minutes until well browned on both sides. Remove and set aside to cool.

4

Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 350 °F and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

5

Prepare pastry

5

Unfold 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a 10-inch square. Cut into 6 rectangles about 3x5-inches in size and repeat with remaining pastry until you have 12 rectangles.

6

Fill pastry

6

Once cooled, place 1 cooked beef patty into the center of each rectangle and top with a slice of cheese on each. Fold over the corners to cover the cheeseburger and gently twist the corner to seal and finish the bundle-look. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.

7

Bake

20

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the 12 pastries are evenly golden brown.

8

Serve

Serve warm and enjoy!
