Great recipe, couldn't ask for anything better, gonna make these again, thx.
Fantastic recipe, the fact that it's a Jewish traditional meal makes it even more so! Very cool and delicious, i'll be trying a lot more.
I used this to prank my kids for April fools day actually because they look like little cupcakes, so i put them in cupcake holders, smeared some sourcream on the top and added some cheese to make it look like white chocolate shreddings and they fell for it :)
Potato muffins is what these should be called! They are so adorable and taste as good as they look.
Everything cracked after cooking it, didn't look like the photos at all but was still edible enough to eat though I had to use a fork.
Can't say these are good for dinner since they ARE actually mini, but they are absolutely perfect as a side dish or something to serve at an event.
Would totally recommend making these if you're a fan of hashbrowns, these remind me of them so much and honestly taste great.
Going to say that this is the coolest creation ive ever seen even though mine turned out to be more oval shaped, i love these little potato kugels.
Jewish kugels are my new favorites after making these, i shared some with my grandma who happens to be Jewish and she said this reminded her of something her dad used to make, so i'm very proud of myself lol.
Bookmarked this website just because there is so much yummy looking things that i want to try and this was the first one. It turned out too good!!
Good recipe, easy to make and quite filling for those with a small stomach like myself, can't say the same for my husband though, lol!
