Recipe Description

You may have noticed in my previous recipes that I am not a huge dessert chef and this No Bake Pudding Tangerine Dessert feeds my needs just perfectly.

A layered dessert starting with biscuit cookies over the base of the pan. Top with creamy vanilla pudding and finish it off with tangerine segments. You will have enough ingredients for 2-3 layers. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy. Simple and essential!

    Prepare baking pan

    In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk milk and vanilla pudding together until mixture begins to boil and thicken.

    Chill

    Remove from heat, cover with plastic wrap and set aside to chill.

    Once chilled, add butter and icing sugar , mix to combine.

    Pour half of the prepared pudding over the biscuits and layer drained tangerines. Gently press each tangerine into the pudding. Repeat the steps with layers of biscuits, pudding and tangerines with the final layer being biscuits, gently pressed down.

    In a water bath or microwave, melt the chocolate with a drop of oil. Pour over the top of the dessert.
