I love a one-pan dinner when I am feeding the family, and this Quick One-Pan Pasta Bolognese recipe is one of my favorites. You can have this delicious dinner cooked and on the table in under 30 minutes, and there is very little clean up afterward, too.
Start by cooking the meat until lightly browned. Season and add tomato paste and wine and cook until nearly evaporated. Next, stir in the pasta sauce and rosemary and the stock. Add the pasta to the same pan and pour over the water. Cook until the pasta is tender. Season well before serving and serve the dish sprinkled with parsley and Parmesan.
To make Quick One-Pan Pasta Bolognese, you will need the following ingredients:
Place 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large deep skillet or frying pan and heat over high heat.
Add 500 grams ground pork and veal and cook for about 4 minutes. Use a wooden spoon to break up any lumps. When the meat changes colour, season well with salt.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook while stirring for about 1 minute. Add ½ cup of wine and simmer for 1-2 minutes, until nearly evaporated.
Add a jar of pasta sauce and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes, until slightly reduced.
Stir in 2 cups of chicken stock. Add the pasta and pour over 1 cup of water. Cover the pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove the cover and continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 more minutes, until the pasta is tender.
Season with pepper.
Serve bowls of this delicious pasta sprinkled with parsley and Parmesan.
