Parmesan Cheddar Basil Bites

Steps to make

   Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet

   Preheat oven to 350 °F and line a baking sheet with baking parchment paper.

   Combine cheese mixture

   In a food processor, blend cheddar cheese, butter, half-and-half, and salt at medium speed until just blended.

   Add final ingredients

   Gradually add flour, Parmesan cheese, and basil and continue blending until well combined.

   Prepare bites

   Roll out dough onto a well floured surface and divide into 3 equal portions, flattened into ⅛-inch thick pieces. Use a cookie cutter to shape out stars and arrange them 1-inch apart on the prepared baking sheet.
