Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Recipe Description

These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins are everything you want them to be: soft, moist, flavorful, and loaded with chocolate chips. They are fully packed with pumpkin and flavored with a combination of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Not only that – they are also easy to whip up in just about half an hour. Serve them warm right out of the oven for a great pick-me-up treat any time of the day.

The batter for these chocolate chip pumpkin muffins is made simply with flour, spices, baking soda and baking powder, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, plenty of pumpkin purée and chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt. Start with the dry ingredients. Then whisk together the wet ones in a separate bowl. Next, mix together the dry ingredients and wet ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips. Don’t overmix the ingredients. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly in the pan, then remove and serve right away. Enjoy!
