If you haven’t picked up yet, I love hosting parties and these Smoked Salmon, Cucumber, Capers and Soda Bread appetizers are one of my favorite canapés to serve. Elevated, finger food to circulate the room. Cut, small soda bread slices and top with cucumber ribbons, smoked salmon, a few capers and sprinkles of fresh dill. The flavors are a real party starter!
To make Smoked Salmon, Cucumber, Capers and Soda Bread, you will need the following ingredients:
Use a peeler to slice the cucumber into long ribbons all the way around. Discard the seeded centre. Place cucumber ribbons in a bowl.
Season cucumbers with a little salt and 1 pack of chopped dill.
First, top bread slices with some сream cheese, then place a generous amount of smoked salmon, followed by seasoned cucumber ribbons and finish it off with 2-3 capers.
Sprinkle with drizzles of lemon juice, serve and enjoy!
