To make the Strawberry Bourbon Crisp, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 350 °F and lightly grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss together 5 cups strawberries, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons bourbon, and ½ a teaspoon vanilla extract. Spread the strawberries into the baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together ½ cup brown sugar, 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.
Using a pastry cutter or fork, cut in 6 tablespoons cold butter until crumbly.
Fold in ⅔ a cup oats and ½ a cup sliced almonds.
Sprinkle the streusel topping over the fruit.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and crisp and the fruit filling is bubbly around the edges of the dish.
