These Strawberry Chia Overnight Oats are a delicious make ahead protein-filled breakfast that will keep you going until lunchtime. These chia puddings are usually served cold, but if you prefer something warm in the mornings, you can warm them for about a minute in the microwave.
To make these, I start by combining all of the ingredients in a large jar. I place the lid on the jar and give them a good shake before refrigerating the oats overnight. The next morning, I top the overnight oats with chopped strawberries and serve! Yum!
To make a Strawberry Chia Overnight Oats, you will need the following ingredients:
Place ½ cup of old fashioned oats, ½ a cup of milk, ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1½ teaspoons of chia seeds in a large jar or bowl.
Shake or stir the ingredients to fully combine them.
Refrigerate the oats overnight.
Serve topped with chopped strawberries!
