Strawberry Chia Overnight Oats
These Strawberry Chia Overnight Oats are a delicious make ahead protein-filled breakfast that will keep you going until lunchtime. These chia puddings are usually served cold, but if you prefer something warm in the mornings, you can warm them for about a minute in the microwave.
To make these, I start by combining all of the ingredients in a large jar. I place the lid on the jar and give them a good shake before refrigerating the oats overnight. The next morning, I top the overnight oats with chopped strawberries and serve! Yum!

Made mine with blueberries instead of strawberries.
Left mine to sit in the fridge for a day and it became kinda jello-ish, was still yummy though.

Too much vanilla extract can ruin the taste better and safer to go with vanilla sugar instead still leaves a vanilla taste and even stronger one in my opinion :)
