To make Strawberry, Feta and Thyme Tart, you will need the following ingredients:
Heat the oven to 200 °C/gas 6, and put a baking pan in the oven to warm up.
In a bowl, using a fork, combine the crème fraîche, thyme, feta, garlic, lemon, chilli and some seasoning until smooth enough.
Roll out the pastry onto a piece of parchment paper and score 1cm border around the pastry, with a sharp knife.
Spread the cream cheese mixture, evenly over the pastry up to the border. Ensure smooth edges.
Design the strawberries slices in a pattern on the top.
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until the pastry is golden and puffed up.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle thyme leaves for garnishing. Serve with a side rocket salad.
