You can serve it at your next barbecue, or as an accompaniment to your Italian pasta night, with a bowl of soup, or to perfectly partner any salad for lunch! You can even serve it as is, with a cheese plate and wine. There is not one meal that this Stuffed Italian Bread does not compliment.

To make Stuffed Italian Bread, you will need the following ingredients:
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, parsley, olive oil, and garlic.
Slice the bread diagonally without cutting all the way through; do the same on the opposite diagonal to create cube-shaped sections, still attached to the bottom crust of the loaf.
Using a spoon, carefully butter the mixture in between each section.
Stuff the shredded Italian cheese in between each section.
Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Unwrap and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
