To make this simple soup, start by cooking green onions, white onions, garlic, and carrots until tender. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped oyster mushrooms, parsley, salt, and pepper and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix in dry pasta, lemon juice, and hot water.
