Everything Bagel Breakfast Casserole
I love a breakfast casserole and this Everything Bagel Breakfast Casserole is one of my favorites. I don’t know about you, but I adore everything bagel seasoning! Usually, the seasoning mix is made from sesame and poppy seeds, dried garlic and onion and salt. This flavor combination elevates the humble breakfast casserole to a meal fit for a king!
Start this casserole by layering bagel pieces, bell pepper, tomatoes and bacon in a greased casserole dish. Make an egg mixture by whisking the eggs, milk, cheese, ground mustard, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Pour the egg mixture over bagel mixture and top with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Bake in the oven and sprinkle with chopped scallions to serve.

Instead of cherry tomatos I used sundried tomatos was good.
It was good but I think the broccoli and rice casserole was slightly more flavorful.
Tasty and crunchy there is just so much going on that nothing can go wrong lol.
Casseroles usually taste so dry but this recipe was perfection it turned out fantastic crunchy and delicious.
Dodged the mustard since I hate the taste came out tasty without it either way.
