To make this wreath dip, cut each of the biscuits in half and flatten them out. Roll each one into a ball and place on an oven-proof skillet and arrange in a ring around the edge. Brush each of the biscuits with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan. To make the dip, combine mozzarella, ricotta, spinach, Parmesan cheese, mayo and garlic powder.
