Banana, Coconut & Cardamom Bread
This Banana, Coconut & Cardamom Bread recipe is a delicious take on the traditional banana bread. Inspired by my travels in India where cardamom is a key ingredient, I like to add coconut oil and coconut flour to this banana cardamom bread to give it that extra burst of flavor.
This banana cardamom bread is so easy to make too. Start by melting coconut oil or butter. Mash bananas in a large bowl and add the melted oil, eggs, sugar and yogurt. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl and pour in the banana mixture. Whisk well until you have a smooth batter. Transfer the bread to a loaf pan and bake in the oven for an hour and ten minutes. If a skewer inserted comes out with wet cake mixture, return the loaf pan to the oven for another 10 minutes and check again.

Yummy bread and simple steps to follow, 5 stars from me for sure.
Extremely flavorful such a delightful snack, thx.
Easy to make this and actually doesn't take long compared to a few other breads like the pull apart pumpkin.

Can't get over the taste of this bread! The hint of banana is evident and it makes it so much more tasty.
Very delicious bread I put some cream cheese spread on mine for a small snack.
My hubby isn't usually a fan of coconut or banana period, he won't eat it on his own so I made this to get him to try it at least and he enjoyed it, great recipe.
I had to add more sugar to mine the second time around because it wasn't as sweet as I wanted it to be but the recipe is great.
Takes a while to make this bread so not a huge fan of baking it myself but it tasted good.
Bookmarked this page since you guys honestly have the best recipes known to man, love this and the cheesy garlic bread.
Used a breadmaker instead cause making bread is too complex for me on my own, turned out fine.
Just tasted like pure flour the first time I made it, when I tried baking it a second time it was good, forgot to add some ingridents is all.
The taste of banana isn't too strong in this bread compared to the Vegan banana bread but I like it.
I made this and sunny side up desert just for fun, it was really tasty.

My kids eat this bread all the time with some yogurt, the flavour is good.
