Vegan Triple Berry Waffles
It’s time to break out the waffle iron for these Vegan Triple Berry Waffles. I never need an excuse to make these waffles – they taste great and are packed with plant-based goodness! You can use fresh or frozen berries for this recipe which means that you can enjoy these special waffles all year round.
To make the waffle batter, you simply mix the ingredients together in stages. While the waffles are cooking in the waffle iron, make a berry compote by cooking berries with sugar and lemon over low heat for ten minutes. Just before serving, whip up some coconut cream to dollop on top of the cooked waffles.

So I followed everything to the T but used blueberry jam instead of fresh blueberries freaking delicious.
WOW these were a blast of flavor in my mouth very good!
Fantastic with some maple syrup and butter these are extra delicious.
Too sour so would have to eat them with something sweet to drink on the side.
Another brilliant meal by Nina why am I not surprised lol You always got the best stuff can't wait to see what you make next.
Lemon made it a bit too zesty cause of all the fruit that was sour too but it wasn't bad I still enjoyed it a lot.
Be very very careful with the vanilla extract too much can make the whip taste like crap! I'd say use one tsp instead of two actually.
Not too sure if I like these better than the plain waffles with maple syrup yet but a few more bits and I just might!!
Kinda hard to perfect these waffles but they weren't bad.
Berry waffles are my favorite but I think the berries go better with the chocolate waffles since it makes it taste like fondu.
My kids LOVED these waffles, I finally found a way to make them eat their fruit :) Thnaks so much.
I replaced almond milk with coconut still very good and even better aftertaste.
Mouth-watering good honestly looking at them makes me hungry again.
Took some leftovers to work and everyone ran over asking me what it is and where to buy it haha.
Eating them cold currently and they are still great wouldn't change a single thing about them.
Very salty taste but I enjoyed it, thanks.
The fruits make the waffles ultra soggy and not that yummy..any recommendations on what to do ?
Great triple berry waffles super juicy and flavorful breakfast or dessert and healthy too!
Blueberries are so expensive where I live but it's worth buying for this meal..just wish there was something else I could use.
Absolutely obsessed with eating these for breakfast with some whipped cream.
