1 tbsp Olive oil
¼ cup Pesto prepared
1 large Tomatoes chopped
½ cup Black beans canned, rinsed and drained
1 cup part-skim Mozzarella shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded

This Chicken Pizza is my kids’ favorite pizza choice because isn’t the best combination chicken and cheese? Using a premade pizza crust will help to speed up things in the kitchen too so that you can have dinner ready in no time.

Cook chicken

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook the chicken for 10-15 minutes until cooked and no longer pink.

Prepare pizza crust

Place the prepared pizza crust on a lightly greased baking pan.

Add toppings

Spread pesto over pizza and top with cooked chopped chicken, tomatoes, beans, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Bake

Bake in the oven at 400°F for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Enjoy hot and fresh out of the oven.

Securely wrap and store the unbaked pizza in the freezer. When ready to use, unwrap the pizza and bake as directed. You may need a few extra minutes.
