These Chicken Ranch Wraps are so tasty. I love to make them when I have leftover roast chicken. After Christmas, I substitute chicken for turkey and they taste just as good. I grill these wraps just before serving so they are warm and the ingredients have time to melt into each other.
These wraps are super quick to make which makes them a great option for a movie night dinner. I like to season my chicken with fajita spices or a blend of paprika, cumin and oregano for extra flavor.
To make my version of Chicken Ranch Wraps, you will need the following ingredients:
Place the tortillas on a clean flat surface.
Divide the chicken, ranch sauce, mozzarella cheese, and minced cilantro between each of the tortillas.
Roll each tortilla up tightly into a burrito shape.
Place a heavy-duty grill pan over medium heat. Lightly spray with a layer of cooking spray.
Grill on each side for 1-2 minutes until the tortillas are golden and start to crisp up.
Slice in half and eat immediately.
These Chicken Ranch Wraps are a quick and easy way to use up leftover chicken. Try them out for your next movie night & come back to leave a review.
