A one-pot wonder of everything good in this Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya. A bowl filled with long grain rice, chicken cubes and sliced andouille sausage, crunched up with red onion, green bell pepper and chopped celery and seasoned with chopped tomatoes, Cajun spice, Turkish bay leaves and chicken stock.     Heat oil in large heavy skillet on medium-high heat, add chicken and sausage. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes until sautéed. Remove from skillet and set aside.
