For the cake

For the frosting
- 3½ cups Organic powdered cane sugar
- 1¼ cup Cocoa powder
- ¼ cup Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Water
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Chocolate Crazy Cake
This Chocolate Crazy Cake recipe is hands down one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever tasted. The best thing about it? If you use coconut oil for the frosting, this cake is completely dairy free, meaning it is a great recipe to make for someone who is allergic to dairy.
To make this cake, start by mixing the dry ingredients together. Gradually add in the remaining ingredients, starting with coconut oil, vanilla and water. Next add the coffee and vinegar. Don’t be concerned if the batter starts to foam up. This is normal as the baking soda reacts with the acid in the vinegar. Transfer the batter to the pans and bake. Make frosting by mixing sugar, cocoa powder, butter or coconut oil, vanilla, water and sea salt together. Frost the cake and enjoy!

It turned out sooo good though the frosting wasnt the best it was delicious for sure.
Cake in a mug was more chocolately tasting than this for some reason i just like it more.
Sadly i didnt have everything i needed for the ingridents but it still turned out amazing! just replaced some of thecoconut oil with vege oil instead and added less vinegar.
So happy this recipe isn't a boxed cake recipe like everything else now adays..starting from scratch is the best kinda start there is for a cake.
I decided to make some cupcakes out of this recipe instead of a large cake and added sprinkles to the frosting, really good recipe and the cupcakes turned out great.
Removed the coffee from this cake cause I dont want too much energy when i snack on this in the middle of the night haha.
Despite the amazing taste there is a downside which is after it fully cools it does crumble a bit, other than that good cake recipe.
With this recipe you don't have to go through so much work there is barely anything to add and do which makes it simple and affordable too.
Moist and tasty dessert my entire family loved it a lot.

I actually used the left over frosting as dip for some strawberries !!
Instead of making the frosting i just used some nutella instead.
Delicious though make sure you mix everything properly but not to the point where its just fluffy, its my second time making a cake from scratch too so very satisfying cake.
Swapped out cane sugar for brown sugar good dessert.

Very awesome recipe can put literally anything in it i actually added some bananas to the top of mine since fruit goes really good with chocolate.
