To make Chunky Ketchup, you will need the following ingredients:
In a large saucepan, mix the tomatoes, onions, green pepper, sugar, tomato paste and salt to combine.
Bring the tomato mix to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer, uncovered, for about 1½ hours until slightly thickened.
Add the vinegar and stir through.
Cool to room temperature before serving.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
